Premium Rotary Leather Punch 3230-00

Convenient, hand-held, plier-style punch easily adjusts to create six commonly used hole sizes. Used to punch precise holes in various materials for stitching, lacing, hardware and more. Designed for use with leather, fabric, webbing, cardboard and similar materials. The handles are hand-forged solid steel making this tool extremely strong and durable.
